Exchange Only

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that item(s) may become defective or damaged during transit. For such items, we will gladly exchange your product if you contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please email DaeToDayBoutique@gmail.com with your full name (as it appears on your order), phone number, order number, and the reason for exchange request.

*Approved defective or damaged item(s) will be exchanged for the same item.*

 

Please Note:

  • All custom orders, gift cards, ‘final sale’, or otherwise noted products are non-exchangeable.
  • We do NOT accept returns for personalized items unless an error is made on our end. Our personalized items are made to order and cannot be sold to other clients so unfortunately we cannot accept return of these items. **Please ensure all names and dates are correct before placing your personalized orders.**
  • We reserve the right to request photograph(s) of the product(s) that you’re requesting  an exchange for.
  • Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
  • We are not responsible for shipping cost of the items you’re sending in for an exchange.
  • Please be sure to track your returning shipment as we are not responsible for any lost item. 
  • For items that may have sold out, an online gift card will be provided to you for use on our site. ***All gift cards are redeemable for up to one year from date issued.***
